2. Right-click on the selected cell.
3. A context menu will appear. Look for the option "Show Values As..." and hover over it.
4. You'll see a sub-menu with various calculation options like "Sum," "Average," "Count," "Max," "Min," etc.
5. Select the desired calculation method from the sub-menu.

2. Using "Value Field Settings":

1. Click on any of the value cells in your PivotTable that you want to modify.
2. This will activate the PivotTable Analyzer tab on the ribbon.
3. In the "Analyze" tab, locate the "Calculations" group.
4. Click the button "Fields, Items, & Sets."
5. A new window titled "Field Settings" will appear.
6. From the dropdown menu, choose "Value Field Settings."
7. In the "Value Field Settings" window, you'll see a section named "Summarize value by." This section displays the current calculation method used.
8. Click the dropdown arrow next to "Summarize value by" and choose the desired calculation from the available options.

Both methods achieve the same result of changing the calculation displayed in the PivotTable value cell. "Show Values As" offers a quicker way for basic calculations, while "Value Field Settings" provides a more detailed view with additional options.
